Political Science: New and Old Nationalism

Congratulations and welcome to the course STVN19!

We are happy to welcome you to the Department of Political Science at Lund University. In order to accept and secure our offer please read the information below carefully.

Compulsory introductory meeting 

The semester starts with a compulsory introductory meeting and introductory lecture on November 1, at 13:15 in room Eden 230.

If you fail to attend without notifying the academic advisors you will loose your spot on the course which will be offered to a student on the waiting list.

Eligibility and Conditional offer 

Specific Entry Requirements: 150 credits, including a Bachelor thesis, in the discipline of political science, peace and conflict studies, or an equivalent discipline.

If you do not fulfil the above at the time of admission you have received a conditional offer. You must therefore present documents verifying your eligibility in connection with the introductory meeting. 

Web registration

It is important that you do the web registration on time or else you will lose your place and it will be offered to another applicant.

Schedule and classes, autumn 2021 both digital and on campus

Part of the classes are compulsory. 

The 2021 autumn semester planning assumes that teaching and assessment will be conducted both digitally and on campus, provided that the relevant public authotities' regulations and recommendations allow campus-based teaching. International students are prioritized regarding on-campus lectures and seminars. For further more information, please read about the decision of the Faculty of Social Sciences.

The semester ends on January 16, 2022. No classes will be scheduled between December 22, 2021 and January 6, 2022.
