Linn Brolin’s project explores how the relationship between capital and labour is renegotiated in a changing climate. With an analytical focus on precarity, alienation and resistance she wants to examine how workers and employers make sense of climate change and what strategies and practices organised interests impose when responding to an environment with increasing climate risks. By illuminating conflicts in the Swedish labour market, Linn aims to develop an understanding of how social relations of production are shaped and rearranged by the effects of climate change discursively and materially.
