Do you have any news items? Send following information to the web editor. If it is possible, please send the information in both English and Swedish. 

  • News title (proposal)
  • News introduction with short summary of publication content and result (approx. 100 words)
  • Author(s)
  • Title on the publication 
  • Link to the publication

If your news item is not a new book, book chapter or an article, please contact the web editor for more information. Also, contact the web editor if you have any news tips.

What we will publish on our websites

Which news will in the most cases be publish: 

  • Books (it must have been quality checked by an editor)
  • Book chapters (it must have been quality checked by an editor)
  • Articles in academic journals (it must have been quality checked by an editor)
  • Doctoral dissertation defence
  • Student news
  • Special occasions

Which news will in the most cases not be publish:

  • “Our researchers in media” (published only on social media)
  • Conference contribution
  • Keynote speech
  • Posting of doctoral thesis
     

New research projects 

We will once a year do a news item in which we will present all research projects we have gain during the year. This news will also be a top news.

There can be exceptions to the guidelines above. If so, it will go through the management team.

  • Doctoral student who have recently defended his/her thesis but do not have any other employment

Templates and logotype

Lund University has developed templates for Word, Power Point, etc. that are consistent with our graphic profile. We encourage you to use them. Logotypes are also available for download.
