Retendo

Workforce planning

Retendo is an IT system for workforce planning. The purpose of the system is to streamline and clarify staff planning for teaching and research staff who also create:

  1. basis for the individual teacher's planning and follow-up of working hours
  2. basis for financial planning and follow-up of courses/programmes
  3. better conditions for faculties' compliance with the reporting requirements under collective agreements
  4. opportunities for collaboration and coordination of teacher resources across faculty and departmental boundaries;

At present, Retendo is used at four faculties - the School of Economics and Management, the Humanities and Theology, the Faculties of Law, and Social Sciences.
