Retendo is an IT system for workforce planning. The purpose of the system is to streamline and clarify staff planning for teaching and research staff who also create:
- basis for the individual teacher's planning and follow-up of working hours
- basis for financial planning and follow-up of courses/programmes
- better conditions for faculties' compliance with the reporting requirements under collective agreements
- opportunities for collaboration and coordination of teacher resources across faculty and departmental boundaries;
At present, Retendo is used at four faculties - the School of Economics and Management, the Humanities and Theology, the Faculties of Law, and Social Sciences.
