Forskningsgruppen Politiska idéer i historisk kontext
I forskningsgruppens fokus står de politiska idéernas historia och utveckling.
Gruppen befinner sig i fältet intellektuell historia. Öppen för en mångfald teman är syftet att studera politiska idéer i deras historiska kontext, samt de historiska betingelser som präglar rådande debatter inom politisk teori och internationella relationer.
Läsningar i gruppen kommer att bestå av såväl sekundärlitteratur inom fältet intellektuell historia, som primärlitteratur som berör specifika politiska idéer och deras kontext. Gruppen välkomnar också originalbidrag från dess medlemmar.
Gruppen möts en gång i månaden. Gruppen håller också däremellan mellansessioner, där de som vill kan fördjupa sig i de teman som avhandlats.
