Current research and teaching
I am currently working on the Swedish Research Council Funded Project "Unequal Opportunities to Advance Equality" with Orly Siow (Lund University) and Ashlee Christoffersen (York University). The project seeks to provide comparative analysis of the degrees of influence that civil society organisations representing varying marginalized groups have on policy processes across Sweden, the UK, and Canada.

I received my PhD in Gender and Women's Studies from the University of Kentucky in 2025. My research engages the complex relationships between state actors, social movements, and feminist theory and praxis.
