Don’t forget to dial a 0 before the number from an internal telephone (0-112).

Report all incidents

No incident is too small to report! Incidents could include:

observations
burglaries
thefts
lost keys
lost access cards
threats or violence

When you report the incident in our system, you will receive help to ensure that all necessary external reports and contact are made.

Report incidents

Have you injured yourself or been in a situation that could have caused personal injury? As an employee, you have a duty to report the incident to your line manager.
