Inauguration ceremony for new professors on 13 October with three political scientists!

The university’s new professors will be inaugurated in a ceremony at the main University Building on 13th October 2023 at 16:00. Among the new professors are our colleagues Jonathan Polk, Robert Klemmensen and Fariborz Zelli.

The ceremony includes the official inaugurations by the vice-chancellor, performances by the Academic Orchestra and addresses by some of the new professors and the chair of Lund University Students’ Unions. All those who have attended the ceremony in the auditorium are welcome at the reception, which ends around 18:30. All other interested parties are welcome to attend the ceremony. No tickets or registration required.
