This book explores women’s testimonies of war across four powerful cases: Rwanda, Sri Lanka, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Yazidi women in Syria and Northern Iraq. We develop a theoretical framework linking narrative to agency and power, use narrative analysis as our main method, and build an archive of women’s war testimonies.
