Debate: War, extremism and development in Africa and the Middle East
The world is constantly changing and the political situation varies greatly. Some argue that we have reason to be pessimistic regarding the development in the Middle East and more optimistic when it comes to Africa, others say the opposite. In this debate, leading scientists discuss different approaches and accentuates the most important issues in these two controversial areas. This event will be held in English.
This arrangement is a cooperation between UPF (the Association of Foreign Affairs), LUPEF (Lund University Political and Economic Association) and the Faculty of Social Sciences
