BOUNDLESSLY SIMPLE STUDENT EXCHANGE
The selection of students for exchange studies through the Department of Political Science during the academic year of 2013-14 is complete and have been published. Open slots remain for Spring semester 2014 and these can be applied for in October when the application system re-opens.
Available partner universities 2013-14:

An information meeting for outgoing exchange students autumn semester 2013 (nominated via our department) will be held on Wednesday May 15 at 14.15 (sharp) in Sal O, Kemicentrum.
Going abroad as an exchange student presents a great number of advantages compared to making your own arrangements for a stay at a university in another country:
* no tuition fees
* quick credit transfer
* usually, help with finding accommodation
* well-organised welcome weeks with cultural events, language courses and social activities.
All the higher education institutions within the department’s exchange programme are approved by the Swedish Agency for Higher Education, i.e. their courses and programmes are academically recognised which means credits can be transferred.
You can however not take your degree at a host university abroad. Credits from the studies undertaken are usually transferred as optional credits towards your degree at your home university, within the framework of your degree or as additional qualifications outside your degree. Regardless, your opportunity to study for your optional credits within your degree programme at Lund is not affected.
Difficult to get a place?
A common misconception is that it is very difficult to get a place – it is not. You do not need to have only the highest grade in order to compete for the most popular places.
Application deadlines: exchange through the Dept. of Political Science
15 March is the application deadline.
15 October is the application deadline for remainder places in the coming spring semester.
