Introduktion
Anna is a doctoral candidate at the Department of Political Science in Lund University. 2003/2004 she was a visiting student at the University of Jordan Language Center. The following year she recieved her B.A. in Political Science from Lund University with her thesis Union Power and Representation – A Case Study of the Textile Union in Jordan. In 2006 Anna worked with handicraft issues as an intern at UNESCO in Cairo, Egypt. The same year she completed a M.A. in Political Science with her thesis Narration and Identity - Dealing with social and ideological heterogeneity in the Kefaya Movement, which was awarded the Hydén Prize for best thesis on democratisation and development the same year. Since September 2008 Anna is a part of the project Cooperation and Conflict over the Jordan River. Her main interest is feminist IPE and technology studies.

Most of my teaching revolves around IR-theory, security and securitization, environmental politics and natural resources, environment and politics in the MENA region. I teach both at the Department of Political Science (including Peace and Conflict studies) and at the Department of Semitic Languages and at the Center for Middle East Studies. I’m teaching on intermediate level as well as Bachelor and Master level. Intermediate level Conflict and cooperation in international politics (course responsible).
